RETURN POLICY

We highly value our customers and believe in delivering the highest level of service. Customer satisfaction is essential to us and, therefore, we allow returns in following cases:

  • Damaged/defective, and
  • Incorrect delivery

Stipulations for returns and refunds:

  1. Returns for the reasons as above, shall be brought to our knowledge within 7 days of delivery of products.
  1. Items returned must be in their original form, with their packaging, seals and tags intact. For returns where the condition is damaged in any manner, company retains the right to disallow the claim.
